This is a total rip off..did as they said apart from one tiny thing I was having a problem with. No help at all..no rewards as promised. Even after weeks of time.spent doing as they requested.stay clear.
Unable to login. Have been sent the information to set this app up and when i try to change the password I get an error message, have tried clicking forget password twice but get the same issue when i reach the page to change my password. It says in one of tye emails I received that you can click the "contact us" link if you're having issues, but there is no such link.
Getting fed up of being notified that there's a correctly delivered mail available, but, if I don't go into the app immediately It's already gone, today mail came as I was doing lunch (I don't take my phone as I'm preparing) when I checked mail I had received an invitation but, although it was only 11 minutes later than when the email arrived I'd missed out. Everything else is great (well! Apart from losing 2 stars because within 7 months I'd missed just 1 entry via the GPS)
Can not seem to open this app on my Samsung S21 Ultra
App just wont open on my Samsung S8 but works just fine on the rest of my family's iPhone's - very frustrating!! Please please fix whatever this android glitch is! I can see I'm not alone from the reviews! Edit - still not working on android Dec 2021 - please sort this out!
Crashes. I reported this to TNS last year and they still have not fixed the issue. Android updated and since then the app will not work.
most recent version records the recieve date as one day earlier than you input into the calendar. also doesnt automatically go on to next data entry screen. i dont need a splashy thank you screen just move on to the next one pleaae.
Verification does not work, even though it looks like it has! This has been ongoing for years! Reported of course!
App was working fine upto a couple of months ago, now I am not receiving notifications when surveys are available. When I check my emails and see a survey invite I am too late to enter which is really frustrating. Have messaged them and they have asked what model my phone is and if I am using the upto date version which I am. Now waiting for a response. I have not changed my phone recently so it can't be that, I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but still no good.
It was working fine until a couple of months ago. Now l don't receive the notification for surveys, and emails arrive a couple of hours to late to log in for participation.
